Where do you ship to?
At this time I only ship my art within New Zealand. If you would like me to consider shipping to your country, please let me know!
What does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated on the total weight of your order. The shipping cost is shown in your shopping cart and during checkout.
Will my artwork arrive safely?
Your artwork is wrapped and packaged with the utmost care to protect it from bumps and rough handling.
Artworks are protected by tissue paper and then tightly sandwiched between two sheets of heavy card. The corners are reinforced and the package is wrapped in heavy brown paper. Finally this is encased in a waterproof layer to protect it from the elements.
The frames I use contain glass, so extra padding is added to protect framed works.
Tracking
All deliveries are tracked. I’ll send you your tracking number when your artwork is dispatched.
What if my artwork is damaged?
I do not offer refunds on items damaged during shipping. You’ll need to contact the shipping company. It shouldn’t happen often (I hope never!), but if it ever does I’ll be happy to help with this – just contact me.

How long will it take to receive my artwork?
Shipping takes 2-3 days from dispatch, depending on the time of year and the volume of parcels that are being delivered across the country!
However, there is processing time of a couple of days before your order is ready to be dispatched.
